* Are Fit to be Tied Bridal’s sashes in stock?
No, every sash from Fit to be Tied Bridal is custom made to order, meaning that we do not make the sash until an order has been placed.
* What is the turnaround time to order a sash?
Due to their handmade nature, each sash takes about 2-4 weeks to complete upon order confirmation. The time can be longer or shorter depending on whether the sash is a custom order, and depending on the quantity of the order.
* How can I order a sash?
Fit to be Tied Bridal sashes are available for purchase in stores, please see our “Where to Buy” page to find the shop nearest you. They are also available through our Etsy shop. If you have a question regarding an order, please email us at amanda@fittobetiedbridal.com.
* Do you accept rush orders?
Yes, we accept rush orders. We consider a rush order to be anything needed sooner than two weeks from the day the order is placed. Please contact us prior to placing an order to ensure a suitable time line.
* What is the charge for a rush order?
The charge for all rush orders is $25.
* Do you do any custom orders?
Yes, we are more than happy to accommodate custom orders! Want something different to wear to your reception? A surprise gift for your bridesmaids? No problem! Just contact us with your thoughts. We have a handy form you can fill out here.
* What is considered a custom order?
We consider a custom order to be anything different that what is currently offered in our collections. Typically, this would be a situation where we would work with you to design your unique and perfect sash, just for you! The pricing for this will vary depending on what is designed and the amount of time included in making the sash. Please email us for more information, or visit our Custom page.
* Are these sashes available in sizes for flower girls?
Absolutely! The ribbons can be cut to any length, and the overall design can be made smaller if requested. Custom designs are also welcomed.
* Do you offer any discounts for large quantity orders?
Fit to be Tied Bridal can extend a 10% discount for orders of 5 or more sashes in a single order. This is typically done for a bridesmaids order. We will not extend a discount to any custom orders.
* What colors are available?
Most of our sashes can be made in any color. If you have a specific color in mind, we will be more than happy to accommodate you! We ask that if you are requesting a specific color that you supply a swatch. Please contact us if there is a specific color you are interested in.
* Do you accept any returns or exchanges?
Due to the items handmade nature, we typically do not accept a return or an exchange, so please make your purchases carefully. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us and will work diligently to find the best solution possible. We will consider a return or exchange on a case by case basis. Please note the following:
- A return or exchange must take place within two weeks of purchase.
- The item must be unworn, and be returned before your event date.
- We do not accept returns on items after the intended wear date.
- There are no returns or exchanges on custom orders.
* Where do you ship to?
Fit to be Tied Bridal ships to brides anywhere! Please contact us first if placing an order from outside of the United States so that we may ensure your item will arrive to you on time.
* How much does shipping cost?
Standard ground shipping in the United States is a flat cost of $6.00 per order. Shipping to anywhere else is $27.95. Please contact us for a rate if you would like expedited shipping. Please also note that any shipping cost for a rush item (next day, overnight, etc.) will be a separate charge from the rush charge.
* What forms of payment are accepted?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover Card, or American Express. Any other form of payment made through Paypal is also accepted. You do not have to have a Paypal account in order to make a purchase.
